Refurbishment and updating of the community rooms attached to Askerw Road Church, including: Complete refurbishment of the community facilities. Access to all levels via provision of a lift and new stairs. Renewal of leaking roof. Flood mitigation measures. Work to comply with relevant health & safety and fire regulations. Rewiring and renewal of all mains services.
