Aspley Guise Village Hall Refurbishment

External: to replace the roof covering that has deteriorated and blistered in several areas. The rear extension to the building requires repainting, and rendering is needed to the main building. The cast iron gutters and down pipes are damaged and need replacing.

Internal: To raise the internal main floor store room to level of the main hall. To move the cleaners store room door. To recover the gents toilet floor, and redecorate the kitchen and fit shelving.

SFF grant will provide, roof (felt) £4,664.75, External Paint and decoration £12,913.25, Contribution towards carpentary and joinery (total cost = £3963.28) – £963
