Athletics Hub

Our project aims to establish a community Athletics Hub that provides clubhouse facilities for two local voluntary athletics clubs, in order that they may continue to grow, develop and deliver athletics in the community. The Hub will make provision for: a class room environment for the delivery of local education and training opportunities; a coach/official resource library; strength and conditioning training; equipment storage and a rest/recovery area. The Athletics Hub will bring together over 250 members, including 42 volunteer coaches, officials and administrators on a weekly basis to take part in healthy activity.
