Auchmithie Parkland & Coastal path

The establishment of a clifftop public footpath along a Site of Special Scientific Interest to link with the path north from Arbroath and into the village of Auchmithie. Provision of a public parkland (previously agricultural land) to the rear of the Memorial Hall, to accommodate a range of recreational activities including a full size football pitch as well as housing community events. (There is no provision of this type available to the community at present). Provision of visitor signage and interpretation to direct visitors to the new facilities and coastal path and promote the historic fishing heritage of the village.
