Austerlands Cricket Club, Oldham – Clubhouse upgrade

Improve both indoor and outdoor of the clubhouse to increase its’ viability and attractiveness for community use and cater for a changing demographic of local users. For example, there is now a female cricket team, and also a substantial number of external clubhouse hires.
New Furniture for upstairs function room. New windows & doors fronting club replacing current windows providing better lighting and view from indoors. New adjoining decked outdoor area and accompanying furniture. As Oldham has had some of the highest reported Covid-19 case rates in England during 2020-21. It is vital we create safer outdoor spaces and improve indoor spaces to reinvigorate the confidence of local people to use the facilities. The project will improve access, space & aesthetics.
