Ayr Gaiety Partnership – new boiler/heating project

The objective of this project is to renew key aspects of the Gaiety Theatre’s heating systems, in particular the boilers and associated systems.
Ayr Gaiety Partnership has had a report prepared (November 2011) through the (local) Energy Agency/Energy Saving Trust which identifies key actions to improve the energy efficiency of the building. A considerable improvement can be achieved through timely investment.
The report indicates that a 39% saving can be achieved, representing a significant reduction in carbon emissions, as well as an important financial saving contributing to the sustainability of the organisation and building.
