Baggrow & Blennerhasset Cricket Club – Replacement of Gable End

The cricket club was founded in 1890 and has filled an important role in the community ever since. Work has been carried out on the sports pavilion over the last few years to improve it and to ensure its continued use by the Cricket Club, the village school and other users. The gable end of the building is, however, in a dilapidated condition and needs to be completely demolishted and rebuilt. The work will secure the structure of the bulding and allow it to be used for a wide range of activities in the future.
