Bagillt Cenotaph Repair

The carrying out of repairs to the Cenotaph; including stone repairs to the plinth (on which a soldier statue stands) and metal repairs to name lettering. Also the construction of protection railings and gates to discourage close contact. The railings and gates are to stop vandalism including the riding of mountain bikes against the vertical section of the plinth.
