Refurbishment of building to provide toilets, ramp and other facilities to enable wider public access and use of this community building.

Although the title of the premises suggests that it is solely used by the Scout and Guide movement, there are currently 200 people who regularly use this facility on a weekly basis. Groups include Martial Arts, Slimming Groups, Adult tap classes, before school clubs and a Summer Art Activity Week
