Barlborough Miners Welfare – Accessibility

To make the building more accessible and user friendly to the elder members of the community and those with mobility limitations.
Remove any obstacles for wheel chairs and members with walking sticks.

To improve the seating area to make it more ergonomic so that members can get up out their seat easier and to make it more comfortable.
The project will help to make the amenity more inclusive thus promoting its use. It will allow greater use of the amenity to the elderly and those with mobility limitations. Offer greater freedom to those members who may currently feel excluded
