Barley Village Hall Stage 4 Development Plan

The project has the following aims:-

1. To further increase the overall energy efficiency of the village hall.
2. To continue the series of stages in our development plan towards providing a community building with a long term future.
3. By improvement in efficiency to keep running costs to a minimum, providing an economic centre for local groups and activities.
4. To demonstrate sustainable technology within the area and to village halls in lancashire via newsletters and advisory services.
5. We expect continued upgrades of the hall to encourage existing user groups to grow and for new groups and private hirers to make increasing use of the hall.
