Barlow Institute, Bolton- Improvements to the building 006583

The project will upgrade the Barlow Institute, the only community facility in the village, by installing a new heating system, a full re-wire of the electrics and window replacement. These improvements will protect the fabric of the building and sustain provision of the community hub for local people.
