Barnsley Composting in The Community

Initiate and develop a community composting scheme, the scheme would involve the use of free composting containers in households in pilot areas of Shafton, Cudworth, Lundwood and Monk Bretton, Barnsley Metropolitan Council to include part funding of a home composting officer, electrically fuelled van and 690 composting bins.
