BARROW TOWN FC ACCESS WORKS

To improve access around Riverside park, Home of Barrow Towns 19 junior and senior teams by replacing existing paving slabs around the pitch. These are now been deemed unacceptable by the East Midlands Counties League and The FA as they are now uneven and present a health and safety risk, as well as making part of the ground inaccessible for wheelchair users. Therefore the Club is seeking grant aid to lay 360 metres of concrete paths from the main car park, around the main patch and over to the remaining junior pitches, thereby meeting the new requirements and enabling better access for wheelchair users
