Becontree Community Garden

The project will transform a derelict piece of land into a beautiful community garden area which will be a hub for community activities and will benefit the community socially and help improve residents relationships. It is envisaged that the following activities will take place:
Raised and low level growing spaces for vegetables, plants and flowers will be created, the community hub cabin will hold social gathering and activities with space for art projects and to run educational environmental projects from. Community members will engage in gardening activities and learn new skills.
