Bedfont Skate Park

The funding from LTCS would contribute towards the construction of a Skate Park in Bedfont Recreation Ground. The project would transform two disused paddling pools into a new facility for the community in an area where there is very little existing youth provision. The project will help to address issues of anti-social behaviour, community cohesion and increasing participation in active recreation. The project is supported by the Police, Local A|rea Committee, Sports Development Team and the borough’s Youth Service. There is also a very active football club based at Bedfont Recreation Ground which fully supports the project
