Beech Village Hall, Alton – Community Wellbeing Space Refurbishment (008135)

Based on our community survey, the project will transform our underused annexe, now named The Wellhouse, into a versatile health and wellbeing space. The Wellhouse will serve as a hub for therapies and treatments, personal development, and small group activities. Multiple community groups, therapists, our local Primary Care Network and Everyone Active aim to deliver this vision.
The main project includes essential upgrades to improve insulation and comfort, lower the CO2 footprint, and enhance accessibility. These improvements will create a flexible, welcoming environment conducive to wellbeing and increase The Wellhouse visitor numbers from 54 to 250 per month. The plan includes a biodiverse garden space and essential storage.
