To upgrade Sports & Recreation facilities ie. Meeting Room and Canteen require insulation and rough casted and need a pitched roof fitted to present felted roof. Spectator covered viewing area has an asbestoes and tin sheeting roof and sides.
The roof and sides are in a dangerous condition. Both roof and sides require replacement
