Benefield Village Hall Kitchen and Wet Rot Refurbishment

The existing, kitchen will be removed and replaced with modern hygienic units and appliances and improvements will be made. New flooring and decorating are included to complete the kitchen. There is wet rot in a corner of the main hall which requires remediation. The floor will be re-laid, the whole floor will then be sanded and sealed.
