Benhall & Sternfield Ex-Servicemen’s Club & Village Hall Roof Repair

The Benhall & Sternfield Village Hall was built in 1927 of Brick and Plaster board and is the only amenity within the parish. The hall is generally in a good state of repair, however in the lounge area the flat roof has started to leak and the ingress of rain water is starting to damage the interior fabric of the building. The project is intended to repair the roof back to its original condition.
