Bentley Heath Community Centre, Solihull – Refurbishment (40373/D)

The project aims to revitalize the community hall to ensure it is ‘fit for purpose’ for the next generation. Specifically to complete a full refurbishment of the three toilets, (male, female and disabled) to include the introduction of baby changing facilities and the installation of a radiator in the disabled toilet. Furthermore we wish to undertake a full refit of the kitchen to include a new boiler and radiators and also a hydroboil unit for instant hot water. Finally we wish to replace the existing windows with UPVC Doubled glazing to improve energy efficiency.

The Trust will contribute towards the refurbishment works.
