Bentley Recreation Ground, Hampshire – Playground Improvements (005992)

This project will completely remodel the children’s play area on Bentley Recreation Ground, replacing old and deteriorating apparatus, with new equipment to provide an enjoyable, exciting and challenging environment for all children in which to explore, socialise and play.

The project will once again make the playground a focus of the community by creating a playground area that will challenge, excite and educate children of all abilities through their play utilise the site within which the playground is situated to better advantage by developing a cycle track within the trees next to the playground, create a more natural environment by installing willow arches, a tree log seat and by planting wild flowers within play areas outside the playground itself.
