Berry Meadow, Twyford – Access and Information

There are four entrances to Berry Meadow, a much used meadow on the outskirts of Twyford Village. Two of the entrances are too small to be accessed by wheelchairs and prams/pushchairs so it is proposed to replace these with larger, more user friendly gates. Also, because of the heavy use of the meadow, all four of the entrances have become very worn, wet and muddy. Pathway material will be put down on these entrances and also the approaches of a footpath in the middle of the meadow. The installation of two A2 interpretation boards at the most used entrances to direct, inform and educate users of the meadow.
