Bespoke Alpine Tractor

An alpine tractor is a miniaturised robust agricultural/forestry vehicle used extensively in upland areas in Europe. Its small size, light weight and low ground pressure means it can access land that would otherwise be damaged by heavier equipment. It is particularly suitable for use on sites with high conservation value or where access is restricted eg. foot paths. Despite its size, it is capable of carrying a range of equipment such as trailers, chippers and winches, making it a versatile machine. To help us to maintain path networks. We have a contract to manage 32km of paths for Callendar Estate and we are also in discussion with the Falkirk Community Trust to provide a similar service at Kinnel Wood
