Bidston Moss Public fishing and Ecological Education Facilities and Ecological Habitat Diversity

The enhancement of an existing large man made pond (former dock overflow) to create a formal public fishing facility with bankside ‘Pegs’ and access boadwalk, paths and modifying the waterbody and marginal land to enhance and diversify ecological habitats for invertibrates and birdlife and providing opportunities for visitors to observe and learn about the site’s biodiversity.
