Biggleswade Trinity Methodist Church

This project is to repair and improve two halls. The repair works include new damp proof course, re-slating of roofs with repair to roof timbers and new rainwater goods £110k, upgrade the electrical system including emergency lighting and a new heating system £36.4k, new ceiling, new floors and redecoration works £10.8k. There are also plans to provide a new kitchen and disabled toilet. The remaining costs include VAT, fees and contingencies
