Billinge Remembrance Garden, Billinge East Residents Association, Billinge, Near Wigan

This is a project for the construction of a Garden of Remembrance in Billinge, allowing the regeneration of a piece of wasteland, whilst providing a place of quiet reflection for all ages to remember those who have positively contributed to the local community. It will be community focused, with local groups planting and maintaining the garden.
