Bilston Methodist Community Hall – Windows Refurbishment

This is a project to refurbish/replace the windows at Bilston Methodist Community Hall. It is one of a number of incremental development phases for this church-linked community building, which is based in a multi-ethnic area within the top 10% of the Multiple Deprived Index, as well as bring one of Wolverhampton’s Priority Neighbourhood Areas.
