To facilitate visitors of all abilities to visit the ancient woodlands at Bilton Beck, near Knaresborough in Yorkshire, by installing safe and accessible stone pathways along the edge of the River Nidd. The current boardwalk surface will be replaced by more accessible and safe stone surface pathway to allow more visitors to visit and enjoy the space. The project will therefore remove the existing boardwalks, widen the path, install the stone path surface and install new interpretation boards and signage to tie in with the rights of way within the woodland.
