Biodiversity Developments at Methil Buisness Park

Methil Buisness Park is situated within the brownfield site of the dockyards at Levenmouth. The site is currently being developed to incorporate office accommodation including a Hydrogen Office which will become a demonstration centre for this new technology. Species recorded around the site include some notables due to the neighbouring Firth of Forth SPA, Ramsar and SSSI. This project will develop a Biodiversity Action Plan to protect and enhance opportunities for biodiversity, specifically the House Sparrow, a nationally declining species. A case study of this project will be written to promote planning for biodiversity in other developments
