Biofuel, Biodiversity, Renewables and Regeneration

Set up a development program for the purpose of assisting GCC to implement the use of woodchip as fuel, in conjunction with the management of Carmunnock willow plantation, Dawsholm Park and Drumchappel Park for the purpose of improving access, biodiversity and regeneration. Research the use of woodchip as biofuel from our units based in Balmore industrial estate where we are installing a biomass boiler. We are also intending to set up a nursery, demonstration and retail outlet for products from our existing compost and recycling projects incorporating occupational training and employment opportunities for our client group.
