Birkhill Waste Ground Improvement

The project is to enhance the appearance and amenity value of an area of waste ground adjacent to the Muirhead and Birkhill Bowling Club and the public park and Millenium Hall. The improvements would dramatically improve the rundown look of the area by removing an eyesore which lowers the aesthetic qualities of the area. As well as increasing community pride the planting of native species in the form of trees and shrubs would provide an improved habitat for wildlife in general.
