Blackburn Leisure Bowling Club, Brough - Toilet & Car park Resurfacing

To further enhance the facilities at the bowling club a disability toilet will be located adjacent to the clubhouse, the car park adjacent to the bowling green will be resurfaced and a water drainage gully installed diverting surface water to a soak-away.
