Blackhall Path Improvements

Improvements are to be undertaken to the surface of existing paths along the Durham Coast. Two routes are to be improved, both based on a popular car park at Blackhall. The intention is to provide surfaces and gradients suitable for use by all, and particularly disabled users, at all times of the year. Both routes will encourage visitors with ambulant disabilities to enjoy previously inaccessible locations and gain excellent views both north and south along the coast
