Blackwater Institute Restoration

To restore the structure and fabric of the building and return it to its use as a local community centre, its intended purpose when built in 1889. The building is of significant historic and cultural importance having been the first of 70 public works by the Victorian Philanthropist Passmore Edwards, who was born in Blackwater.
