Blaina Scout group

Due to the previous Scout Hall being inhabitual, Blaenau Gwent County Borough Council has given the total use of a previous Community Centre to the local scouting group. The building is in a good state of repair but does require repair to the roof and to totally fence the ground surrounding the building to make it totally safe to the children and varoius groups that will be using the facilities. This will also protect the building from vandalism which has affected the area in the past.
