Blakehill Meadow Restoration

The restoration of the meadows at Blakehill and adjoining Stoke Common is already underway. This project will continue to create habitats for mammals, birds and create diversity of species in the meadows.
Blakehill is an old World War 2 Airfield therefore members of the public are given the opportunity to explore the site and are made aware of the conservation techniques used at the site along with the abundance of wildlife.
