Blinkbonny Park

This is an area much loved by the local community, with a rich local agricultural and industrial heritage and a popular place for walking, cycling and horseriding. The area has been the site of various practical conservation activities, including burn clearance, woodland management and some enrichment planting. There is scope for the creation of a stretch of path, with additional woodland management work, and we plan to involve the Currie community in the delivery of these works. We also believe this could provide an excellent site for groups in need to gain confidence and experience by learning new skills.
