Overall project will: renew central heating boiler re-run gas supply pipe to outside of building supply and fit disabled toilet plus ancillary electrical work supply and fit percussion taps in toilets to conserve water supply and fit urinal in gents toilet to conserve water fit guard rail on outside access ramp alter thermal curtains to fit 9 windows/doors to improve energy efficiency supply and fit suspended ceiling plus insulation to first landing room
