Bog Meadows Enhancement Project

Bog Meadows is an urban nature reserve between the M1 Motorway and the Falls Road in Belfast. A natural haven for wildlife and people in the heart of the city, other than a wetland restoration/flood alleviation project carried out in 2009 the site has not had any major works done since the reserve was officially opened in 2000.
The project will involve a range of environmental improvements to upgrade the appearance of the site, improve access and work to minimise anti-social behaviour for the benefit of the local community who use the site.
