Bois Moor Road, Chesham, Play Area Fencing (008101)

The play area is currently closed due to storm damage, the council have raised the funds to replace the play equipment, this project will install new fencing around the new play area to ensure that children can play actively in safety. The play area is next to mixed housing and will provide opportunities for play and physical exercise to improve physical and mental health. This is particularly important for the families living in flats without gardens.. The works will reduce the number of car journeys and resulting in lower carbon emissions. The bench will enable parents to socialise in comfort whilst supervising their children.. Additional child friendly planting will improve the biodiversity of the site.
