Currently, Unit 1 has no insulation, an uneven floor, and two very large iron girders on pillars, supporting an unwanted wooden mezzanine. It has a gas and electricity supply including 3 phase, water and 2x W.C.s, one down and one upstairs,
Unit1 will become an energy efficient, fully accessible, easily-used space, suitable for dance, music making, film making, drama, yoga, craft and flower arranging classes and rehearsals and performances for and by the community.
