Bolton Little Theatre – Car Park

The aims and objectives of the project are to improve the access to the theatre by creating a designated car park on the land adjacent to the building. This will create better access to the building for all those attending and improve the surrounding area which for some time has been derelict due to neighbouring building demolition. To do this it will be necessary to clear the site of rubbish and existing building rubble, excavate and install drainage, level and resurface. By doing these tasks not only will there be access to the theatre but the external environment will be improved.
