Bolton Low Houses Village Hall

Bolton Low Houses is located in a sparsely populated, rural area, which suffers from rural disadvantage and was seriously affected by the foot and mouth outbreak in 2001. The project proposes to renovate hall which will enable the local parishioners to benefit from physical exercise, recreation, and social, moral and intellectual development by providing meeting and recreation rooms and a venue for entertainment. The project itself would involve the upgrade of the kitchen, disabled access, improvements to toilets and extension and roof improvements.
