Boothstown Village Hall – Heating and Windows

Replacement of broken heating and windows in the old school hall that has now been taken over as a village hall. At present the heating only operates in half of the building. To ensure long term survival of the hall, a new, more efficient system which is flexible, enabling the whole building to be heated when necessary but allowing for zoned areas of heating at other times, needs to be fitted. The single glazed windows, which are in poor condition, need replacing with double glazed windows in order to retain as much heat as possible and reduce running costs. The whole building will then be available for hire to community groups.
