The hall requires substantial renovation and improvement to bring it up to the standards that its users expect (as confirmed by a process of public consultation). We will bring the hall up to the latest environmental standards. A feasibility study conducted by a professional architect has estimated the total cost at £275,000 (including fees and VAT).
