Wetland-Opening up and linking pools in the existing reedbeds to increase habitat diversity and to attract new species into the area. Freshwater lagoon-Remove vegetation from water to keep areas of open water Tree and shrub species planted along edge of woodland to provide a screen and reduce disturbance by people to birds feeding in saline lagoon Establish mixed native species hedge along side of track through site to create screening to reduce disturbance to birds using the saline pool by people using the track-Area A and Area B on map. Provide habitat for small birds and mammals. Existing woodland thinned to allow light to reach woodland floor and to encourage development of ground flora and shrub layer. Cut stems left to decay to provide substrate/habitat for decay fungi and invertebrates. Path along edge of woodland cleared to improve access. Access path through site-vegetation cut back to improve access Tern rafts installed in freshwater lagoon to provide areas for terns to breed
