Bough Beech Visitor Centre and Nature Reserve Enhancement Project

This project will enable us to carry out a variety of access improvements and habitat management activities over a three year period, in order to maintain and improve both the biodiversity value of the reserve and improve our visitors access and enjoyment of the site. Objectives include:
-To install a new hide to improve visitor facilities
-To enhance and maintain open standing water and scrub habitats in favourable condition for the benefit of biodiversity and the viewing public
-To create additional open water habitat for improved biodiversity
-To improve infrastructure for public access and on-site interpretation.
