Repairs to the roof lantern timbers and glazing, replacement of the failed lantern perimeter lead box gutter, re-tiling of the internal roof slopes surrounding the lantern, improved rainwater disposal to the inner roof slopes with cast iron plumbing system, to replace roof void open gutter and earlier replacement upvc plumbing, modification to improve the current roof access window. As much as possible of the original structure will be retained. All replacement materials are to match existing.
