Bowden Pant Well Restoration

The Bowden Pant Well was built in 1861 and is a C(S) Listed Building. It is currently in poor condition, and as part of a larger project to ensure its long term future, grant-funding is sought to cover the cost of repair and conservation work. This will include: provision of lead weathering; inspection of and repairs to roofing; raking and repointing of stonework, replacement of eroded quoins; replacement of ball venial; restoration of door; repointing of cobbles; resiting of signs and floodlighting plus the professional fees related to this work.
